This role is responsible for leading the operations of the assigned technical services and technical inspection centers as well as, leading the Department’s efforts to achieve the Center’s targets relating to increasing levels of customer happiness, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency, and increasing incremental business, revenues, and margins.Key Accountabilities:Prepares and manages the annual budget and operational plan, key performance indicators, and targets cascaded from the strategic plan for the Center.Defines the operating framework, provides leadership, and facilitates work processes in order to drive performance.Directs the workshop resources and activities to ensure services are performed according to agreed standard operating procedures in a professional, responsible, and cost-effective manner.Ensures that all of the workshop operational and financial key performance indicators are achieved, supervises the work in relevant sites, and ensures the efficient, effective implementation of annual work plans, maintenance programs, and schedules.Sets standards and develops action plans to facilitate improvement of business performance, quality standards, customer service and satisfaction, and business and human resources development.Conduct all related activities to enable the extension of the customer base as well as the range and quality of services.Participates actively in performance review meetings by presenting the Center’s target achievement levels, improvement opportunities, and focus during the following periods.Determines customer needs and areas of growth in existing as well as new services, and develops “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with key customers, suppliers, and governmental entities.Approves administrative and financial transactions as per the delegation of authority.Conducts periodic inspections to ensure adherence to the Center’s quality and customer satisfaction standards.Ensures proper documentation of all activities and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Prepares technical and operational reports and submits them to the Technical Services Executive Director.Expected Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in Automobile Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Services OperationsExperience and Skills Set:8 or more years of progressively complex related experienceExcellent leadership and managerial skillsSolid experience in data analytics and reportingFluency in English (Arabic an advantage)Self-driven with a solution-orientated approachGreat interpersonal and communication skills
