Job Description:We are looking to hire a Senior Compensation and Rewards Consultant who will have a proven track record of developing rewards and incentive plans for the organization. This role is based with our client, a leading semi-government organization in Dubai. This will be a 3-month contract role (Renewable). The role sits within the HR team and reports directly to the HR Director.You will have a proven track record of developing rewards and incentive plans within the real estate or property development industry. This role will involve designing and implementing effective sales incentive schemes, rewards policies, and processes that align with the business objectives and drive employee engagement and performance.Key responsibilities:
Develop Rewards & Incentive Plans: Design and implement comprehensive rewards and incentive programs tailored to the real estate industry. Ensure the programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Analyze market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive compensation packages.Sales Incentive Scheme Development: Create and manage sales incentive schemes that motivate and reward high performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure incentive plans are effective and aligned with sales strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make necessary adjustments.Policy and Process Development: Develop, review, and update rewards policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals. Implement processes for the administration of compensation programs, including job evaluations and salary surveys. Ensure policies and processes are communicated clearly and adhered to across the organization.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation and rewards strategies support business objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related issues and decisions. Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on rewards programs and policies.Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of compensation and rewards data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the status and effectiveness of compensation programs. Use data to drive continuous improvement in rewards strategies and processes.
Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or similar field. Certifications from Hays or Korn Ferry or Aon will be an advantage. Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in developing rewards and incentive plans within the real estate or property development industry. Proven experience in developing and managing sales incentive schemes. Significant experience in policy and process development within the compensation and rewards field. Strong understanding of the real estate market in the UAE. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and apply compensation and rewards data.
