**Job Summary**:
As the Total Rewards Leader, you will focus on the design and execution of IFFCO Total rewards strategy; You will be responsible for providing strategic direction that evolves our compensation, equity and benefits programs balanced with excellent analytical expertise to execute in alignment with IFFCO business context and values. You will be a key member of the HR Leadership team, working closely with senior leaders to develop and lead competitive reward programs at scale. You will be reporting to the Group HR Director. **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Establish and communicate IFFCO’s Total Rewards philosophy to enable both short term goals and long-term business objectives
- Design and establish governance around total rewards, job architecture and competitiveness/ efficiency for the company. Lead the TR committee and own the transformation agenda of Total rewards in IFFCO.
- Lead the People cost management (budgeting, optimization, etc.) for the group; build assumptions, guidelines and lead all cost matters related to people.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for total rewards programs.
- Create a strong culture of recognition through the program management of our internal reward and recognition program.
- Responsible for the strategic direction, planning, design, alignment and financial oversight of benefit plans and programs on a global basis consistent with the strategic direction of the organization
- Act as project manager for total rewards for all acquisitions; includes integration of newly acquired businesses and employees into current benefits, continuity of care and coverage is established.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Leadership team and business leaders to understand their issues related to benefits and compensation.
- Provide counsel on benefits and compensation related opportunities and challenges.
- Manage, negotiate and effectively partner with third-party solution and administrative providers.
- Design, administer and ensure that the overall Compensation & Rewards philosophy is aligned to the vision of the organization and the group strategy
- Ensure that IFFCO remains a competitive employer across all product categories and geographies with regards to employee benefits and total rewards
- Responsible for managing the entire portfolio of employee rewards at IFFCO including base pay, variable pay, short and long term incentives as well as promotion related pay increases
- Create policies, processes, guidelines and governance mechanisms to ensure seamless execution of annual compensation revision exercise, variable pay disbursal, promotion, mobility, job evaluation, salary tables, global mobility, internal and external hiring compensation decisions.
- Assist and influence business leaders to achieve compensation objectives using established guidelines that correlate with performance
- Coordinate with external compensation survey specialists in order to benchmark compensation levels for different grades and functions across the organization
- Based on the compensation philosophy and market data develop internal pay ranges and pay mix components for all the roles & grades across the organization
- Plan, forecast and track compensation and benefits expenditures for robust compensation budget planning

**KPIs**:

- % adherence to global Compensation and Benefits budgets
- % achievement of desired market positioning, as reported by market surveys
- % adherence to timelines in completion of compensation reviews and roll-out
- % adherence to total rewards policies and procedures in IFFCO
- % adherence to job architecture and salary tables

**Work experience requirement**:
Minimum of 15+ years of related experience with large global organization, designing strong compensation and benefits programs and leading teams. Global experience is desirable.

**Qualification**:
MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed university. Global / regional / sub-regional experience is must
Relevant certifications in Compensation & Benefits and HR concepts like Job Evaluation.
Strong Total Rewards network with deep knowledge of benchmarking practices and metrics
