We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits, payroll, insurance, and other HR operational activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes in line with company policies and UAE labor laws. Key Responsibilities:Administer and process employee benefits including medical insurance, leave, end-of-service benefits etc.Manage payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursements with accuracy.Coordinate with Finance and other departments for employee-related payments and settlements.Oversee onboarding and offboarding formalities including documentation, induction, exit clearances, and final settlements.Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.Liaise with insurance providers for additions, deletions, and renewals.Support HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements as needed.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in HR operations or employee benefits administration.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll procedures, and employee benefits.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
