We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team at Caribou Coffee UAE. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee experience across our stores and head office.Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment for store and head office positions (screening, scheduling, onboarding).Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for staff queries.Handle employee documentation, HR letters, and file management.Assist with attendance tracking and monthly payroll preparation.Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.Coordinate with PRO/legal team for visa processing and renewals.Maintain HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records.Support HR Manager in daily operations and projects.
