TTE Gulf is seeking a
Commercial Developer with a mandatory consultancy background
to drive business growth for our
Digital Marketing division
. This role is specifically designed for candidates who have worked in
consulting or advisory environments
and are experienced in
solution-based selling
, client diagnosis, and structured commercial development.

The successful candidate will act not only as a salesperson, but as a
commercial consultant
, capable of understanding client challenges, advising on digital strategies, and proposing
tailored digital marketing solutions
across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services, including SEO, performance marketing, social media, branding, and web solutions
  • Engage clients using a
    consultative approach
    , assessing business needs and recommending appropriate digital strategies
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and closure
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, pitches, and contracts
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE digital marketing and consulting landscape
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B clients
  • Manage an active sales pipeline, forecasts, and commercial targets
  • Coordinate closely with internal digital marketing, strategy, and creative teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a consultancy
  • Demonstrated experience in
    commercial development, business development, or sales within a consultancy, digital agency, or professional services firm
  • Strong experience in
    consultative / solution-based selling
    rather than transactional sales
  • Solid understanding of
    digital marketing services and trends
  • Proven experience working with
    B2B clients in the UAE
  • Fluency in
    English
    (spoken and written)
  • French and Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
