Position: Russian Digital Marketing Manager (with Email marketing)

Location: Dubai (JLT) | On-site only

GPS Marketing Agency is looking for a talented Russian-speaking Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in email marketing to join our creative team in Dubai. If you are passionate about digital campaigns, performance marketing, and data-driven results, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, and conversion rates, delivering measurable ROI
  • Manage and allocate high advertising budgets efficiently
  • Handle Google and Meta Ads campaigns, particularly for real estate clients
  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Prepare regular performance and campaign reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and email marketing
  • Experience in real estate and clinics industries is essential
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Immediate joiner required
  • Russian language proficiency is required
