Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with proven sales experience in the UAE, specifically within a Digital Marketing, Web Development, Mobile App, or IT Services agency.

Candidates must have completed at least 2 continuous years in the same organization and should be confident in selling SEO, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for:
  • Website & Mobile App Development
  • SEO & Online Reputation Management
  • Social Media Management & Marketing
  • Google Ads & Performance Marketing
  • Branding, Graphics & Creative Services
  • CRM & ERP Solutions
  • Data mining, lead generation, fixing meetings, and closing deals
  • Meet prospects, understand requirements, and pitch suitable digital solutions
  • Sell SEO retainers and social media management packages
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal SEO, social media, creative, and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports
  • Comfortable with field work, targets, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales / business development experience in the UAE
  • (Digital Marketing / Web / App / IT Agency experience is mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SEO (basic concepts & benefits)
  • Social Media Management & Marketing
  • Google Ads / PPC
  • Website & Mobile App Development
  • Ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Existing UAE client network is a plus
