Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist who can work independently and transform small budgets into high-performing, profitable campaigns. The ideal candidate will have an impressive command of website design & development, social media marketing, search engine marketing, automation tools (including GHL, WhatsApp chatbots, voice agent integration), and the vision to expand a digital business from a single demonstration project to handling multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, develop, and execute digital marketing and e-commerce projects from initial concept to profitability.
• Design, develop, and optimize modern, conversion-focused websites (using WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Implement and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Run high-ROI search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO, etc.) for multi-sector clients.
• Expertly set up and use automation tools including Go High Level (GHL), WhatsApp Chatbots, and integrate/optimize voice agents as part of client journeys.
• Analyze, measure, and report on campaign performance with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage 5-10 client projects simultaneously, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and exceptional results.
• Innovate low-budget solutions that generate maximum results for both the agency and its clients.
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential for future team-building and agency expansion.
• Serve as both individual contributor and future team lead, collaborating with company directors for rapid growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio in website design & development; deep understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Mastery of social media marketing, content strategy, paid ads, and search engine marketing.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (especially Go High Level / GHL), WhatsApp chatbots, and voice agent technologies.
• Solid skills in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Ability to strategize, execute, and scale projects with minimal supervision and budgets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and results orientation—a self-starter who can take ownership and deliver.
• Previous agency experience and proficiency in client management are highly desirable.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a strong plus.
