We are looking to hire a
Process Specialist – Business Excellence & Business Continuity Management
to support and execute leasing operations for our client -
one of the leading semi government organization in the region.
The role will be responsible of design, implementation and continual improvement of organization's
quality management system (QMS), governance processes, and excellence initiatives.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of
6 months
and is
renewable
.

The
Process Specialist – Business Excellence & Business Continuity Management
will play a key role in embedding excellence, compliance and risk-based thinking across departments while
ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System across organization's functions.
  • Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions to ensure continual improvement.
  • Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives for QMS, governance, and excellence-related processes.
  • Support the integration of systems such as document control tools and audit management platforms.
  • Liaise with internal departments, quality champions, and committees to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare communications, reports, and presentations for management and external certification or award bodies.
  • Support the review and update of the Management DOA to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
  • Coordinate feedback, consolidation, and version control of DOA updates with stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of internal and external excellence award applications.
  • Maintain a repository of past applications, feedback reports, and improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Quality, Governance, or Business Excellence roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred.

  • Experience with excellence awards preparation, policy governance, and process improvement is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
