Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Agents to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service standards that reflect the luxury brand image of Signature Collection Realty. This role combines leadership, strategic sales management, and client relationship expertise to drive revenue growth and brand excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Agents to meet individual and team sales goals.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews to improve sales effectiveness.

Assign leads strategically (2 leads for experienced agents, 1 for non-experienced).

Monitor daily activities, ensuring professional behavior, attendance, and adherence to company standards.

Sales & Client Relations

Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—ensuring a high conversion rate.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, investors, and developers.

Present Signature Collection Realty's property portfolio professionally to clients.

Ensure exceptional after-sales service and client satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

Support the CEO in defining sales targets, strategies, and budgets.

Participate in developer meetings, roadshows, and B2B events to expand the network and partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Admin departments to ensure smooth team operations and lead flow.

Reporting & Performance

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Track KPIs and ensure accountability within the sales team.

Identify and reward top performers while implementing improvement plans for underperformers.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with proven leadership or senior sales experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, laws, and developer projects.

Leadership ability with motivational and coaching skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Russian, or Swedish) are an advantage.

Work Conditions:

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible within 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
