Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of real estate relationship managers and agents to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, strategic sales management, and direct client engagement to ensure high performance and exceptional service aligned with Signature Collection Realty's luxury standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Agents.

Set individual and team sales targets and monitor daily performance.

Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.

Evaluate team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and property developers.

Provide personalized consultation and property recommendations to meet clients' needs.

Manage client negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

  1. Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury villas, townhouses, and investment plots.

Collaborate with the marketing department to generate qualified leads and convert them into successful transactions.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote Signature Collection Realty's portfolio.

  1. Reporting & Coordination

Report daily and weekly sales activities, leads, and closing updates to the CEO.

Ensure proper use of CRM systems and maintain updated client records.

Coordinate with HR and Marketing to ensure team alignment with company goals and brand strategy.


Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management (Dubai market preferred).

Proven leadership experience managing a sales or relationship team.

Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, and off-plan projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work in a high-performance sales environment.

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).


Compensation:

Base salary + Commission structure (based on experience and performance)

Bonuses for achieving team and individual sales targets

Work Schedule:

Location: Signature Collection Realty, Asalam Tower, Dubai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible within office hours)
