Position Summary
The Relationship Manager Team Leader will lead a team of sales professionals in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and the ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle — from client acquisition, property presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners to ensure repeat and referral business.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular progress reports to management.
Organize weekly meetings and training sessions to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and HR departments to ensure agents are well-equipped with leads, tools, and materials.
Stay updated with market trends, property launches, and competitor movements to provide insights to the management team.
Handle escalated client issues and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Represent the company at events, roadshows, and networking functions to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market (luxury segment preferred).
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Relationship Manager.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, market trends, and developer networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and digital communication tools.
Presentable, professional, and fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
