Job Purpose:
The Relationship Manager – Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property developers. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets through luxury property sales, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, and delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect the company's premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Consultants.
Assign and monitor sales leads, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
Support team members in negotiations and client interactions to close deals.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property investment solutions.
Manage client communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Handle key clients directly, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in primary and secondary markets.
Lead team participation in open houses, property roadshows, and networking events.
Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports to the CEO.
Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
Work closely with the marketing department to align campaigns with sales goals.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market.
Proven track record in sales leadership and team performance management.
Strong knowledge of luxury real estate and off-plan projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Multilingual candidates (Arabic, English, Russian, French, etc.) preferred.
RERA Certification is an advantage.
