Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Chef. The Senior Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The role includes planning and executing diverse menus while preserving authenticity, controlling inventory, and monitoring food costs.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills in menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation
  • Expertise in Rajasthani and North Indian Cuisine
  • Proficiency in team leadership, staff training, and kitchen management
  • Expertise in inventory control, vendor management, and cost optimization
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Experience in preparing and promoting traditional cuisine, especially Rajasthani or Indian food, is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional culinary qualifications or certifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior culinary role
