The Commis Chef will work closely with our experienced chefs to gain hands-on experience in various kitchen stations. **Responsibilities:**

  1. **Food Preparation:**

  2. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place under the guidance of senior chefs.

  5. Work alongside Chef de Partie and other team members to ensure smooth operation of kitchen stations.

  6. Follow instructions and guidelines provided by senior chefs to maintain consistency in dish preparation.

  7. **Kitchen Organization:**

  8. Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked with ingredients and tools.

  9. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

  10. **Learning and Development:**

  11. Actively engage in training opportunities provided by senior chefs to enhance culinary skills.

  12. Seek feedback and use it constructively to improve performance and skills.

  13. **Collaboration:**
