Position Overview:
The Relationship Manager / Team Leader will lead a team of property consultants, drive sales performance, and build strong client and developer relationships. This role requires hands-on leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for achieving high targets in Dubai's luxury real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Property Consultants.
Manage and grow client relationships through professional communication and service excellence.
Oversee lead distribution and ensure maximum conversion across the team.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions to develop team members' sales and negotiation skills.
Coordinate with the marketing and HR departments to support recruitment, branding, and campaign initiatives.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, project launches, and market insights.
Handle VIP clients and close high-value property transactions.
Track and report team performance, KPIs, and deal progress to management.
Maintain the company's high standards of professionalism, appearance, and ethics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales (minimum 2–3 years).
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Relationship Manager preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of Dubai's luxury property market and developers.
Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a plus).
