Job Description

As a
Senior Account Executive
, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid-market and SMB clients, while helping shape our go-to-market strategy.

This is a
hands-on role
for someone who's both strategic and execution-driven — ideal for a high-performing AE who thrives in a startup environment and wants to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own the
    full sales cycle
    : from prospecting, qualifying leads, running demos, to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Build and manage a
    robust sales pipeline
    using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed
    monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and outbound strategies.
  • Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
  • Mentor junior SDRs or sales associates as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven track record of
    closing deals
    and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of
    consultative and solution selling
    methodologies.
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using a CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
