As we continue to grow and take on exciting new campaigns, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive who built relationships that matter and turn insights into meaningful marketing solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive supports account teams in delivering campaigns across various platforms. This role bridges client needs and internal execution, playing a critical part in day-to-day project delivery and communication. The Senior AE takes initiative in managing timelines, preparing deliverables, and supporting the client relationship under the guidance of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

· Serve as a key point of contact for operational client needs.

· Draft status reports, meeting notes, and internal briefs.

· Support Account Managers in coordinating and executing campaigns.

· Track project deliverables, financials and follow up on deadlines.

· Maintain clear documentation and internal systems.

Business Development & Growth

· Assist in preparing decks, reports, and proposals.

· Contribute insights during internal planning sessions.

· Support research and competitive analysis activities.

Strategy & Innovation

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with strategy.

· Help compile campaign performance data and assist in reporting.

· Contribute to creative and strategic input where applicable.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Mentor and support Account Executives.

· Ensure cross-departmental alignment during project execution.

· Maintain positive relationships across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong time management.

· Comfortable handling multiple projects.

· Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively.

· Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

· 3 years of experience in a client-facing or agency role.

· Exposure to campaign execution across digital, print, and social platforms.
