- Attending to telephone calls and common mails, receiving and directing visitors.
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
- Coordinate between accounts dept. and person who comes for cheque collection.
- Courrier arranging and dispatch.
- Prepare invitation letters for all visitors.
- Maintain International phone and records of calls and common laptop ledger.
- Visitors log maintaining.
- Checking and assigning meeting rooms to engineers and clients.
- Issuing and safe keeping company stationery.
- Checking and giving works to Akash.
- Filling forms related to projects for engineers.
- Creating MOM for meetings.
- Job expenses posting in ERP
- Safe keeping and issuing laptops, sim etc.
- Daily download biometeics report at production and saved the folder.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
