Job Purpose:

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to executive and senior leaders across MMI and ELR, driving the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives to enable sustainable performance and growth. This role requires a balance of strategic influence and operational excellence, translating business priorities into actionable people plans that enhance workforce capability, organizational culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and tailor aligned HR strategies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and design initiatives that enhance agility, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Lead engagement and culture programs that promote inclusion, collaboration, and performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Support business transformation initiatives through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR functions to deliver consistent, high-quality people processes and programs across the organization.

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a business partnering role.
  • Professional HR accreditation (e.g. CIPD, AHRI) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and international employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy design and implementation within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational design and job evaluation skills (KF Hay/Mercer preferred).
