How Will You Contribute

A. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for local and global positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and long-term hiring plans.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to strengthen visibility and attractiveness in the global talent market.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.

B. HR Business Partnering

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the organization.
  • Lead the onboarding and integration process for new hires to ensure successful transitions.
  • Lead the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization to ensure a positive experience that reinforces our employment brand.
  • Support employee relations by providing recommendations, conflict resolution, and guidance on HR policies.
  • Support internal culture-building programs, recognition initiatives, wellness challenges, and virtual engagement activities for a remote, multicultural team.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including the follow-up on the goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external training requests, coordinate with vendors, maintain training records, and track development plans.
  • Design, launch, and monitor employee wellbeing and engagement surveys, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership to strengthen culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations where the workforce is located, as applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to understand organizational needs and align HR practices with business strategy.

C. HR Operations & Systems

  • Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across employee records, org charts, job descriptions, and leave management.
  • Maintain all HR documentation (policies, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklists) within the HRIS and shared repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Ensure data integrity & compliance across all employee information, contracts, and documentation stored on the HRIS.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for HR system troubleshooting and vendor coordination when issues arise.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on talent acquisition (local and global).
  • Proven success in hiring across multiple geographies and functions.
  • Experience in fast-paced, remote-first, or multinational environments strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, keeping deliverables and deadlines on top of mind.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Capability to thrive on change, inclined to operate with flexibility, and commit the time required to get the job done.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
