We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner from the local UAE market, preferably with a background in semi-government organizations operating in the IT or fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of UAE freezone frameworks and demonstrate strategic HR capabilities across talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive partner who can align HR initiatives with business goals while navigating regulatory nuances specific to freezone entities.

Formal Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role
  • Proven track record in building and executing HR strategies that align with business goals in dynamic and complex environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance handling
  • Hands-on experience with talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and supporting career growth initiatives
  • Strong background in implementing and refining HR processes to increase efficiency and compliance within regulatory standards

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP or HR software
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated native-level proficiency in English
