Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Life Insurance Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include identifying clients' insurance needs, offering tailored life insurance solutions, and growing the client base. Additional duties involve meeting sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relations, and addressing client inquiries or concerns. Collaboration with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company processes is also required.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of the insurance products market.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge in Finance and Insurance principles relevant to life insurance products.
  • Effective Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work in an on-site team-oriented environment in Abu Dhabi.
  • Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
