Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Advisor based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will engage in identifying clients' insurance needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and assisting clients throughout the policy process. Key responsibilities include promoting insurance products, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. This dynamic role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting to understand and address financial and insurance needs.
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and provide guidance to clients.
- Proven ability to meet targets and goals in a sales-oriented environment.
- Professional experience in the UAE insurance or financial sector is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide sound advice and solutions to clients.
Salary : AED 2,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
