Role Description
The Life Insurance Sales professional will be responsible for identifying client needs, selling life insurance products, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting insurance solutions, conducting financial needs analyses, and maintaining records of sales transactions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a thorough understanding of insurance products and services
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Insurance concepts
- Effective Sales skills, including negotiation and persuasive communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector is an advantage
