Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Life Insurance Sales Advisor at Orient Insurance. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and providing top-tier customer service to clients. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products and compliance with regulatory standards is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance and Finance to effectively understand and recommend tailored life insurance products
  • Skills in Customer Service and Communication to successfully interact with clients and maintain lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in Consulting to assess clients' insurance needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Must have prior experience in the UAE insurance sector
  • Ability to meet sales targets and achieve KPIs in a competitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in the English language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
