Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Business Officer. In this role, you will manage executive administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate communication, manage correspondence, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the CBO's daily functions. You will also act as a liaison to facilitate smooth team operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, involvement in high-level business meetings, and international travel across key markets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including organizing calendars, overseeing scheduling, and minute-taking.
  • Experience managing and preparing Expense Reports to support financial oversight.
  • Strong Executive Support and Administrative Assistance skills to manage day-to-day operations and ensure effective time management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized with a strong aptitude for multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other common tools.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.
