Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will support the CEO by handling tasks such as managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with clerical and administrative duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to support the CEO effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to support high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling to ensure efficient time management and meeting arrangements.
  • Strong Clerical Skills including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Skills in Administrative Assistance to contribute to smooth office operations and provide support as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a similar role or in providing executive-level support is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
