We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Intern to join our Sales & Services team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in SaaS, Cloud, and Oracle-based solutions. You will support the sales cycle, assist in service delivery, and gain hands-on experience working with enterprise clients.

Role Description

  • Assist the sales team in identifying leads and engaging with potential clients.
  • Support in presenting SaaS and Cloud-based solutions (including Oracle modules).
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records and assist with follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with the service team to support client onboarding and implementation.
  • Participate in product demos, client meetings, and training sessions.
  • Update client interactions, inquiries, and tasks in internal tools.
  • Provide basic technical & customer support under supervision.

Learning and developement Opportunity:

  • Exposure to SaaS, Cloud & Oracle solution ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise sales processes.
  • Training on CRM tools, proposal drafting, and customer handling.
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior sales and service consultants.

Required Skill:

  • Basic understanding of SaaS, Cloud technologies, or Oracle systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner.
  • Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Passion for sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field 6 month to 1 year of experience required.
