Senior Sales Coordinator

Supporting the Commercial Team in all aspects of Sales Administration from securing new sales contracts up to handing-over to Customer Service Team for Project Execution. Ensure that effective Sales Administration is carried out in accordance to company policies which includes processing sales-related paperwork.
· Handles project enquiries received via phone calls or emails which includes registering in excel file, downloading all documents and saving in each respective folder
· Supports the Commercial Team Overseas for Commercial Prices, Intercompany and Inter-Divisional Prices.
· Supports the Commercial Team Locally to generate formal quotations ensuring all prices, payment terms, terms and conditions, technical notes, etc. are stated accurately.
· Receives and records all Third Party Customer Purchase Orders and Intercompany / Inter-Divisional POs which includes the following:
· Compiles paperwork i.e. Customer Purchase Order, Final Quotation, Estimation Sheets, Approvals from management, Tonnage table, Project Hand-Over form and other related documents
· Responsible for Handing-Over to Customer Service Team for Order Processing
· Order Intake reporting
· Order Intake (OIT) Forecast compilation for Weekly Sales Strategy Meeting
· Sales Booking Conversion every 6 months for Internal Audit Report
· Supports the Commercial and Quantity Surveying Team for Price Estimation Sheet completion.
· Provides support to Commercial Team for Individual KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and Risk and Opportunities for ISO compliance and Certifications.
· Indoor Selling
· Prequalification Documents submission to customers
· Maintaining Quotation log
· Update the list of completed projects
· Fills up Vendor Registration from Customers (soft copies and/or customers website)
Desired Candidate ProfileA proactive, highly organized sales support professional with strong operational coordination skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This person supports the sales team by coordinating activities, handling customer interactions, preparing documentation and sales reports, and ensuring efficient communication across internal teams and external clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering
Professional certification in Sales, Customer Service, CRM, or Project Management is a plus.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in building envelope systems, façade engineering, or similar construction related industries.
