Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 (based on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out to manage cost planning, estimation, and commercial control of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE fit-out projects, strong BOQ preparation skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with design, procurement, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate pricing.
  • Handle tendering, vendor comparison, and cost evaluation.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare variation orders, interim valuations, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, designers, procurement, and subcontractors.
  • Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
  • Track material usage and control wastage to improve cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and timelines.
  • Prepare regular cost reports and support management with commercial insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out materials (gypsum, joinery, glass, flooring, MEP coordination).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
  • Good understanding of UAE market rates and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
