At ETHQ Design, we are looking to hire a passionate and driven Project Manager – Fit-Out who can confidently manage projects from start to finish and coordinate seamlessly with our site team, subcontractors, and clients. We're seeking someone who brings strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of interior fit-out execution to ensure every project is delivered with quality, efficiency, and creativity.

Must have UAE Driving License + car

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage complete fit-out works from demolition through final finishes.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the site execution team; assign daily tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors across all trades (MEP, gypsum, flooring, painting, etc.) to maintain smooth site progress.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor daily site activities to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Manage on-site progress, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards throughout all project stages.
  • Handle all required permits, inspections, and approvals (DM, Trakhees, DCD).
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control across all fit-out stages.
  • Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and clear communication.
  • Review and select materials with strong design sense and attention to quality.
  • Oversee preparation and review of shop drawings, verify site measurements, and ensure accurate project execution.
  • Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and confirm alignment with site requirements.
  • Maintain all site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates in an organized manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dubai fit-out projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in gypsum, MEP, flooring, painting, and interior finishing details.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, shop drawings, and project scheduling.
  • Strong material selection background with good design taste.
  • Familiarity with DM/Trakhees/DCD regulations and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
