1) About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is highly skilled in paid advertising (Meta / Google Ads) and data-driven digital growth.

Core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
  • Increasing brand visibility and conversions
  • Driving overall digital growth using Google marketing tools

This role is ideal for someone analytical, data-oriented, and capable of independently running and optimizing ads.

2) Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search / Display / Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and retargeting setup
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing ROI, ROAS, and CPA
  • Manage Google Business Profile and improve Tripadvisor ranking and visibility
  • Support marketing campaigns, content direction, and promotional planning
  • Monitor digital trends and propose growth strategies

3) Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
  • Ability to independently run, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in F&B or Hospitality
  • Additional languages such as Russian or Chinese are a plus


• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7, AED15,000.00 per month
