The VIP Hospitality / Showroom Butler is responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a luxurious and personalized environment. This role includes welcoming guests, providing refreshments, assisting with customer requests, and maintaining the ambiance of the showroom.

Key requirements:

  • Candidate (M) with non-expired visit visa.
  • Must be available immediately to join.
  • Previous experience in Hospitality environment is preferred
  • Smiling attitude with High level of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Customer Welcome and Assistance

  • Greet all guests warmly as they enter the showroom, offering a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Provide guests with refreshments, product information, and directions within the showroom.
  • Assist customers in connecting with the right sales associate or specialist for further service.

Showroom Maintenance and Ambiance

  • Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and decor.
  • Oversee the setup and presentation of hospitality areas, including beverage and snack stations.
  • Monitor lighting, fragrance, and music levels to enhance the ambiance of the showroom.

Event and VIP Management

  • Assist in the setup, coordination, and management of showroom events, ensuring VIP guests receive the highest level of service.
  • Coordinate with marketing and event teams to execute exclusive experiences for high-profile visitors.
  • Provide discreet and attentive service to VIP clients, anticipating their needs and accommodating requests.

Stock and Inventory Oversight

  • Manage hospitality inventory (e.g., beverages, glassware, napkins) to ensure availability and readiness.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of hospitality supplies and showroom amenities.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory needs to the Showroom Manager.

Pay range and compensation package

Starting Salary - AED 2500
