Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Vice President - Casino Marketing Domestic (UAE).

The Vice President of Casino Marketing – Domestic (UAE) is a senior executive position responsible for leading the casino's strategic marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain high-value clientele from across the UAE. This leader must possess a deep understanding of the local market, cultural nuances, luxury hospitality expectations, and gaming preferences. The VP will oversee VIP relationship management, team leadership, and the execution of innovative marketing strategies that resonate with domestic audiences.

Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to grow market share within the UAE
  • VIP Player Development: Oversee personalized services and incentives for VIP guests, including bespoke travel arrangements, luxury accommodations, and exclusive event access
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing domestic marketing and casino host team (UAE market)
  • Market Penetration & Expansion: Organize promotional events, brand activations, and strategic partnerships within the UAE
  • Revenue & Budget Management: Drive revenue growth through effective player acquisition and retention strategies
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with UAE gaming regulations, AML standards, and internal policies

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in casino or luxury hospitality marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in VIP marketing, relationship management, and high-end customer service
  • Strong understanding of UAE cultural norms, luxury market dynamics, and business etiquette
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and represent the brand at key domestic events
