About The Opportunity
We operate in the Management Consulting / Professional Services sector delivering HR and administrative solutions to corporate clients across the UAE. This on-site role supports day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management for busy consulting teams in the United Arab Emirates.

HR Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR administration: maintain employee records, update HRIS, and ensure accurate documentation for on-site staff.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics and provide operational support for onboarding, inductions, and exit processes.
- Support payroll operations by preparing payroll inputs, timesheet verification, and liaising with external payroll providers.
- Handle visa and immigration tasks: prepare applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate with PRO or government portals.
- Ensure HR compliance by maintaining files for audits, assisting with employment contract management, and implementing policies per UAE regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on administrative queries, vendor coordination, and facilities-related HR matters.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration within the UAE or GCC market.
- Demonstrable experience with payroll processing and HRIS administration.
- Practical knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable with digital record-keeping.
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, or similar HRIS.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment portals.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) or formal payroll training.
