Luxe Living Collection is a Dubai-based Holiday Homes company.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of administrative tracking, compliance follow-ups, and internal coordination.

This role is admin-led, with light HR administrative procedures only.

It is a hands-on, execution-focused position, not an HR Officer role.

Candidates with previous experience in Holiday Homes or Real Estate companies will be strongly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Compliance Tracking

· Track and follow up on all administrative and compliance deadlines:

o Contracts

o HR documents

o Revenue share agreements

o Insurances and renewals

· Maintain accurate trackers, reminders, and documentation

· Ensure deadlines are anticipated and never missed

Light HR Administration (Procedural Only)

· Execute basic HR administrative procedures:

o Hiring paperwork

o Renewals

o Labor-related documentation

· Coordinate with management on HR follow-ups

This role does not include HR strategy, policy creation, or payroll management

Office & Internal Operations

· Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

· Anticipate office needs and resolve issues proactively

· Support internal coordination and logistics

Reporting & Organization

· Prepare basic internal reports, surveys, and statistics

· Keep records organized, accurate, and accessible

Events & Executive Support

· Assist in preparing internal team events

· Handle limited executive administrative or personal tasks after onboarding

Requirements

Must-Have

· Experience in administrative or operations roles in the UAE

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proven ability to track deadlines and follow up consistently

· Comfortable working with contracts, documents, and compliance items

· Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strongly Preferred

· Previous experience in:

o Holiday Homes

o Real Estate

o Property Management

· Familiarity with fast-paced operational environments

Nice to Have

· Exposure to basic HR administrative procedures

· Experience supporting management or founders

Who This Role Is For

· HR Officers or HR Managers seeking strategic HR roles
