Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and budget.
  • Provide advice on the best property options based on the client's needs

Market Research:

  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the real estate market.
  • Conduct research to identify suitable properties for clients.

Property Tours and Viewings:

  • Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Showcase the features of the property and answer questions during the tour.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
  • Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring the smooth closure of deals.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, other consultants, and real estate professionals.
  • Leverage these relationships to provide more opportunities and stay informed about market changes.

Ongoing Client Support:

  • Provide after-sales or post-transaction support, including helping clients with property management, renovations, or legal issues that arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored advice.
  • Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred.
