  • Prepare safety induction documents.
  • Maintain and update master document list, material submittal log, WIR log, and drawing log.
  • Prepare and submit method statements and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and submit material submittals, MIRs, WIRs and T&C documents.
  • Handle project submissions such as shop drawings, RFIs.
  • Follow up with client document controllers, QA/QC engineers and consultants for approvals.
  • Prepare project closeout documents including O&M manuals, spare parts lists and warranty certificates.
  • Update document logs through Aconex and other project management platforms.
  • Track Defects Liability Period (DLP) documents.
  • Prepare engineering minutes of meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in MEP documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Aconex and other EDMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Good command of English.
