  • Achieve delegate acquisition sales target in volume and in value.
  • Engage a wider audience for any given community and inspire them to join the meeting.
  • Collaborate with local & regional societies & media partners to expand reach and get more visibility for each of the events.
  • Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads for verification and progress on new data collected/updated.
  • Maintain weekly reporting to Team/Client on the overall progress in terms of Delegate Sales.
  • Ensure proper delegation of calling tasks to telecallers.
  • Maintain & Update Event Social Media platforms.
  • Ensure weekly updates and announcements of flyers, promotions and Program Highlights are posted in all platforms.
  • Manage Database for all Email and SMS campaigns going out for all event data.
  • Coordinate with IT Team for all event setup in crm
  • Ensure that Onsite Delegate email & SMS Reminder timelines are followed for all events
  • Coordinate with Team to ensure the onsite plan and timeline is
