We are expanding our real estate team in Dubai and hiring Tele Sales Executives (junior to experienced). If you are energetic, confident on calls, and eager to grow into a Sales Executive role, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential and existing clients to share details about Dubai's top real estate projects
  • Build interest, handle objections, and convert leads into appointments
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
  • Stay updated on new launches, pricing, and project features
  • Follow up with clients to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with the sales team to assist in closing deals
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and meeting targets
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication and confidence on calls
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement
  • Previous experience in customer service, tele calling, or sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required for junior roles)
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
  • Motivated to grow into a Sales Executive role
