Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily food and beverage operations across outlets and service areas
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of team members
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth in line with business targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with culinary, service, and hotel leadership teams to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Maintain brand standards and uphold Marriott service values across all operations
  • Support inventory management, procurement, and supplier coordination
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Profile

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role within a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of food safety, service quality, and cost control practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences and brand standards
