KYC Solution is seeking a proactive and driven B2B Business Developer & Appointment Setter to conduct outbound calls targeting
real estate companies across the UAE
. Your primary goal will be to introduce our KYC and AML compliance solutions for property transactions, rentals, and related services.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting sales appointments, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and helping real estate companies understand the importance of robust compliance in their onboarding and transaction processes. You will play a key role in driving client acquisition and expanding our presence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to real estate agencies, property developers, brokers, and related UAE stakeholders.
- Generate and qualify leads within the real estate sector.
- Schedule appointments for the sales and compliance teams with decision-makers.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of KYC Solution's services for property sales, leasing, and rental transactions.
- Maintain organized records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture relationships to support ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
appointment setting
and
B2B lead generation
, preferably via outbound calling. - Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with real estate professionals and decision-makers.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in
business development, sales
, or
real estate sector outreach
is highly desirable. - Familiarity with
KYC, AML, and compliance services
is an advantage (training will be provided).
