800CarGuru is hiring a Business Development Manager – B2B to drive measurable revenue growth through business partnerships.

This role carries end-to-end ownership of B2B revenue, including existing partner monetization, new partner acquisition, and the creation of saleable commercial programs. It is designed for professionals who think in deals, pipelines, and revenue outcomes.

�� Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive revenue growth from 800CarGuru's existing portfolio of business partners
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new B2B partners with clear revenue ownership
  • Assess partner potential and convert identified opportunities into realized revenue
  • Design and manage structured B2B commercial programs, pricing models, and partnership frameworks
  • Introduce, test, and scale new B2B revenue ideas, channels, or partnership formats
  • Own the complete B2B revenue lifecycle from idea → plan → execution → results
  • Track, forecast, and report B2B revenue performance against defined targets

  • Strong B2B sales and commercial mindset
  • Proven ability to close deals and generate partner-led revenue
  • Experience structuring partnerships with clear commercial terms
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
