Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Inside Sales Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as identifying and qualifying sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing solutions to meet their roofing and insulation needs. Other key tasks include preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring prompt follow-ups and customer satisfaction. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a focus on achieving sales targets while working closely with the broader sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Sales Ability: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and negotiation, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of roofing, insulation, and waterproofing systems, including Combo Roof solutions, is a significant advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and facilitate clear proposals and presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to provide tailored solutions based on client needs and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • General Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is beneficial. Experience in the construction or related industries is a plus.
