Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (FEMALE) located in Dubai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role entails close collaboration with the sales team and clients to deliver optimal solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with IT products and services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
