Role Description

This is a full-time, temporary, on-site position located in Dubai for an Executive Management Assistant. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing expense reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with daily executive tasks. The assistant will ensure seamless workflow through effective administrative practices, supporting the executive team to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in Executive Support for senior-level leaders.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a corporate setting will be advantageous.
