Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant, based in Dubai. The individual will provide executive administrative assistance, support daily operations, and manage expense reports. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, drafting communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining records and reports to assist the executive in streamlining workflows and sustaining organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to aid in managing schedules and priorities
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing expense reports
  • Strong capabilities in Communication and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operational support
  • High organizational and time-management ability
  • Proficiency in office software and familiarity with administrative tools
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Previous experience in a similar role; experience in international or multicultural settings is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
