Sales Executive – B2B Sales

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in the tourism or travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and global partners to drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Prepare and present customized travel and tourism packages to potential partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and business meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong network of B2B contacts within the UAE and international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
